LEAVE My MARK

This project is sustained through artistic creation itself. Each mural is born from a process in which art not only expresses, but also enables its own continuity.

Contributing means becoming part of that process. By acquiring digital pieces or participating in auctions of original paintings, each person actively joins this path: they help make each mural possible and, in return, receive a work of art as part of this exchange.

Every participation leaves a trace and becomes part of a larger process. It is about joining a network where each gesture, decision, and contribution helps finance and bring the artwork into existence in a specific territory.

carrying sky and river in its wings.

Silent Auction

The original pieces of this project are unique artworks, created as part of the artistic process that enables the funding of each mural.

The Silent Auction is a form of participation in which each person can submit, privately, their acquisition proposal through the available form. There is no public bidding or direct competition; each offer is kept confidential.

Each participant freely defines their proposal, using a suggested value as a reference. At the end of the process, the artwork is awarded to the highest offer, and the selected participant is contacted privately.

Symbolic Meaning of the Artworks

The Blue-gray Tanager (Thraupis episcopus) represents the sky and water: freshness, clarity, and a connection to sensitivity and lucidity. Its presence evokes moments of serenity, renewal, and an intuitive openness to life.

The Red Tanager (Piranga flava) symbolizes desire and the force of creation within the earth. It represents the sowing of seeds with noble and pure intentions in fertile ground, where ideas and desires can flourish and become reality.

At the center of both paintings appears the Pacific Pygmy Owl (Glaucidium peruanum), as a symbol of wisdom, patience, and conscious presence. Its figure integrates valuable opposites: on one side, sky and water; on the other, earth and fire. It represents balance, harmony, and the conscious integration of the different forces of existence.

The tree present in all three works is a flowering Ceibo (Ceiba insignis). Its white blossoms evoke purity and renewal. The tree has shed all its leaves to conserve its vital resources and channel its life force toward blooming, releasing the old as a natural process of rebirth into a new life.
