*Silent Auction Terms and Conditions

(1) The Silent Auction is conducted privately. At the close of the auction, the artwork will be awarded to the winning bidder, who will be contacted via email. In the event of a tie, the decision will be made based on the date the proposals were received.
(2) The bid amount does not include shipping costs, which will be arranged with the successful bidder upon the auction’s conclusion.
(3) Payment must be made prior to shipping or delivery.

(4) The Artist reserves the right to accept or reject submitted proposals, in accordance with the value and development of the project.

(5) Rights Notice: The purchase of the original piece does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. The artist retains all rights to the work, including its use, reproduction, and distribution.
