5. About Silent Auctions
(5.1) The Silent Auction is conducted privately. At the close of the auction, the artwork will be awarded to the winning bidder, who will be contacted via email. In the event of a tie, the decision will be made based on the date the proposals were received.
(5.2) The bid amount does not include shipping costs, which will be arranged with the successful bidder upon the auction’s conclusion.
(5.3) The Artist reserves the right to accept or reject submitted proposals, in accordance with the value and development of the Project.
6. Shipping
For physical Pieces: Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and will be communicated during the purchase process. The project is not responsible for delays attributable to external shipping services.
7. Payments
Payments made on this site are processed securely through third-party platforms. The project does not store credit card or banking information.
Purchases are considered confirmed once the payment has been successfully completed.

8. Returns and Refunds
Due to the artistic and often unique nature of the pieces:
Returns are not accepted, except in cases of verifiable damage during shipping.

The available infographics are part of the project’s biocultural outreach and aim to bring knowledge about wild flora and fauna closer in an artistic, clear, and accessible way.
